We are a small, local, women-owned business.

We understand you have a life, family and other obligations outside of work and always want to respect your time.

If no one is scheduled, or you have a gap, that is your time. You are not expected to be on site if you don’t have a client scheduled. Clients are scheduled by appointment only and the online calendar closes 24 hours in advance, unless you say otherwise. We do not do walk-ins. We work hard to keep your schedule full, including active social media presence!

Easily take days off when you need them, no need to ask for permission. Finding coverage is appreciated, but never required. We believe in being flexible and accommodating with whatever you might need, professionally or in your personal life, because everything about balance.

We understand being a massage therapist is physically demanding and want to be sure you are taking care of yourself. We offer a monthly massage or facial, and encourage trading amongst your team. Sustainable self-care is our main goal for our clients and we can't provide that if we don't first make taking care of our employees a priority.

We also will support you if you need or want to work at other locations.

At the studio you will work directly and independently with clients, doing the check in and checkout at the time of service. We're here to help if it takes you some time to get the hang of the system.

Must Have’s:

• Be extremely reliable and dependable

• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and facility staff.

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic

• Must carry professional liability insurance

• Knowledge of Swedish Massage, deep tissue, pregnancy massage (optional) and other therapeutic modalities

• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance; no standard uniform.

• Maintain basic SOAP notes

• Must be licensed in Idaho

• New grads welcome to apply

Schedule:

As of 1/28/25 we have the following times and days available:

• Hours available (some or all!)

  • Mondays, 9:00 am - 1:45 pm; 6:15 pm - 9:30 pm

  • Tuesdays, 9:00 am - 9:30 pm

  • Thursdays, 9:00 am - 2:15 pm

  • Fridays, 9:00 am - 2:15 pm

  • Saturdays, 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Prefer 4-5 massage hours per day, but open to discussion.

• 30-60 minute lunch break depending on preference

• 15-minute client turn-around times

• Days’ off whenever you need or want!
