We are a small, local, women-owned business.

We understand you have a life, family and other obligations outside of work and always want to respect your time.

If no one is scheduled or you have a gap, that is your time. You are not expected to be on site if you don’t have a client scheduled. Clients are scheduled by appointment only and the calendar closes 24 hours in advance. We do not do walk-ins. We work hard to keep your schedule full!

We pay you for 75% of your hourly wage for no-shows because it’s not your fault if someone doesn’t show up and you should still get paid if you’re at work. That’s just the right thing to do.

Easily take days off when needed, no need to ask for permission or find coverage. We are extremely flexible and accommodating with whatever you might need professionally or in your personal life or schedule.

We understand being a massage therapist is a very physically demanding job and want to be sure you are taking care of yourself. Sustainable self-care is our main goal for our clients and we cannot provide that if we do not first make taking care of our employees a priority. We encourage and provide a massage or facial monthly for your own self-care.

We also will support you if you need or want to work at other locations.

You'll work directly and independently with clients doing the check in and checkout at the time of service.

Must Have’s

• Must be extremely reliable and dependable

• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and facility staff.

• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic

• Must carry professional liability insurance

• Knowledge of Swedish Massage, deep tissue, pregnancy massage (optional) and other therapeutic modalities

• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance; no standard uniform.

• Maintain basic SOAP notes

• Must be licensed in Idaho

• Ten Mile (Belltower) Location: Hours available (some or all!)

  • Mon from 8:00 am to 11:45 am

  • Tue from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm

  • Wed from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm

  • Thu from 9:00 am to 6:15 pm

  • Saturday shifts 1-4 per month (morning, afternoon and/or evening) available if desired; not required.

  • Closed Sunday

• Fairview Location: Hours available (some or all!)

  • Mon from 8:00 am to 10:45 am

  • Tue from 8:00 am to 10:15 am

  • Fri from 8:00 am to 10:45 am

  • Some Sat evenings from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
